Christian Coach Training Curriculum

  • SUBJECT 1 - Introduction to Christian Coaching

    This first subject provides an introduction to the coaching career. The foundation for certification is laid with topics such as: what coaching is and the different schools and branches of coaching.

  • SUBJECT 2 - Observation Coaching

    This course explores the way humans perceive the world and the circumstances that surround them, delving into important distinctions within being. Feedforward, a tool for constructive and generative communication, is introduced and studied.

  • SUBJECT 3 - Coaching Ethics

    Rules governing relationships and conduct in the field of coaching. Predominant philosophers and their contributions to current thought and language will be studied. In addition, a study will be made of the biblical basis of coaching, which is the foundation of the MÉTODOCC Christian Coaching method.

  • SUBJECT 4 - Coaching of meaning and purpose

    We delve into mission, vision, and anointing and how these reveal the design, being, meaning, and purpose of being human. We address the importance of aligning vision with God's purpose for the individual's life. This alignment is a focus and foundation of METODOCC coaching. This study seeks a deep and generative understanding, incorporation, and application of these distinctions in the coaching process.

  • SUBJECT 5 - Coaching Tools I

    Study of language and fundamental distinctions for the coaching process. You will learn linguistic acts for communication and understanding. Conversational commitments to generate agreements. Generation of effective contexts for discussion and dialogue. Delve deeper into learning and responsibility, as well as the importance of these distinctions in the coaching process.

  • SUBJECT 6 - Coaching Tools II

    In this second part of coaching tools, we work on advanced tools that help uncover mental filters, facts, interpretations, spiritual states, and opinions, or ways of thinking that can hinder or promote progress in the coaching process.

  • SUBJECT 7 - Coaching Session

    Different models for conducting a coaching process are presented. It also delves into the steps prior to the coaching session, inquiry techniques, techniques for promoting creative thinking, and the stages and steps required for the coaching process.

  • SUBJECT 8 - Coaching METHOD

    This course presents the METODOCC coaching model. It introduces study and practice sheets, as well as the co-creativity technique, the fundamental and exclusive coaching technique of MÉTODOCC created by master coaches and founders of MÉTODOCC, Hector and Laura Teme. The technique develops the coaching process step by step.

  • SUBJECT 9 - Observed Coaching Session

    This course is dedicated to coaching practices. Students will be able to put into practice all the theory learned throughout the training, with a mentor coach who will accompany them throughout each practice session. The course concludes with a general review and preparation for the final certification exam.

  • HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING?

    The FCC Christian Coach Training program lasts 10 months. It begins when you enroll and runs for 10 months. You can dedicate time to it each week, and you also have the option of attending a fixed weekly class. Each week, you develop new insights. It's a process that builds a way of seeing and understanding with each lesson. Your graduation will be at the annual event with coaches from around the world called GLOBALMEETING (attendance is optional), which takes place on the third weekend of October each year in Dallas, Texas.

  • ARE THE CLASSES LIVE?

    A virtual online and offline training process. With open classes every week that you can schedule as much or as little time as you like, plus the option of weekly online classes, with live instructors who will facilitate your learning. You also have a virtual academic campus where you can review classes as many times as you need, access supporting teaching materials, communicate with other students, and build an online learning community.

  • WHAT CERTIFICATION DO I GET UPON COMPLETION?

    MÉTODOCC is the pioneering organization in the world of Christian coaching, and its graduates are becoming available throughout Latin America. By becoming certified, you will become part of the International Christian Coaching Community, which Christian organizations, governments, and churches choose when seeking coaches.

    In addition, METODOCC is an organization accredited by AACOP, the coaching certification that validates you internationally and gives you the opportunity to obtain professional accreditation upon completion of the Professional Accreditation Training (EAP 501).
